I am amazed at the people who post crap just to be obnoxious.
The "anonaminity" of the internet is not so good at bringing out the best, judging by the underhanded, nasty, infantile, sophomoric and confrontational (not to mention just plain immature) remarks made just to bother someone else.
This is a free site ...I don't pay a da**(r)n thing to join...does ANYONE else pay here? I have gleaned thousands of tips and interesting, useable, valuable, worthwhile (did I say practical and easily implemented?) advice and comments here...FREE, absolutely free.
I do admit the rules are sometimes a bit arbitrary, but where is there a perfect place?
I do know as long as these whining, crying, tearful, commiserating, blubbering (did I say grief-stricken at times?)people act in this manner, there are serious doubts whether they will EVER get to that great Perfect Place someday.
I am so tired of the whiners, I am staining my own shirt over it! I they don't like it, then stay away for a while..they'll be back when they need Powerstroke/general diesel info.
Anyway, I, for one, appreciate this place and say THANK YOU, LESTER! ...and all the MODERATORS..and the horses they rode in on!!for the forming of this site!...bill bogan

I could not say it better maybe they now can get some mods that will answer a question when pm'ed
now maybe they will offer some stickers a day late and a dollar short now that there is a great site that will send you one for free instead of locking the thread with no response from the owner.
when I first bought my truck I thought this was a great place until I got to know the in and outs

This was going to happen sooner or later, I guess we will just have to see what happens now. I have been on this site for all most 8 years and seen it all change from when the site started up. So sit down, hold on and shut up to see what happens.
Jason, thanks for all the years of service to us and thank you for bring this web site to all the Ford Diesel owners!

hopefully we can talk about deleting egr's and vbulletin is way better than ubb. I don't have any opinions on sponsorship stuff but the mods and admins are not as friendly as say the org. I posted a thread asking if "attendance was low" after the new update to the site and it was immediately locked and after I PMed what seemed to be every mod on the site got no answer to why it was locked. I have since not clicked on my tds link as much as I have the other forums. Looking forward to vbulletin and any new updates that come along.
Not sure what all the gripes are about, while there have been a few things I took exception to it has been nothing that significant, however I have been to other sites where trash talk and trashey talk is allowed and have not been back, whereas I have been on this site and the prior site since over a year before the 99 Superduty hit the market.
Jason and Christie along with the moderators have done an overall great job with this site, I extend my THANKS to all of you for your hard work over the years. I can only hope the new people will keep a rein on the unnecessary language as tightly as you guys have, I am never ashamed to show threads on these forums to any of my family members and in this day and time that is a rarity.
Again, THANK YOU, one and all. Rick

Say what you will about the whiners, but when a post gets deleted congratulating someone on the birth of their child that is way out of line.
I have learned a lot here, helped others out and even had Smokey help me with questions about UBB.
But I won't tolerate issues such as above. If anyone on here thinks the gripes posted above are childish and whiney, you need to look again or get out of whatever forum you're stuck in and see what really is goin on.
Last post, unless this place changes for the better!!

Bilbo & Rick M,Great posts & points! I agree, if the Mods let non stop trash talk & bashing continue unabated, this site would be worthless. Thanks Jason, good luck with whatever endeavors you move on to.
