Two New Advertisers

TheDieselStop.Com would like to welcome two new advertisers.

ZF Group Inc. is well known as the manufacturer of the transmission in many of our trucks. They now offer remanufactured transmissions and have an extensive list of manuals and cross reference charts on their website.

DieselManor.Com is a new advertiser offering several product lines for your diesel needs. They have performance upgrades, maintenance parts, etc. and also offer installation services if you're in the Manchester, NH area.

Re: Two New Advertisers

Jason,

Great job and while not pricing anything there is a lot of stuff on the DieselManor site like factory interior paint, bulb covers, and replacement bulbs for the ISSPRO's and it's always great to have a wider selection of diesel oriented sources. They also offer an HX mod and are looking at offering the fuel and tank mods for the PSD in the near future. My compliments to DieselManor for a nice looking and well laid out website.

Didn't look at the ZF site since being a "hands free shifter" not really interested, but there are a lot of handshakers here so another great addition to the dieselstop stable of sponsors

Whoa! Not only do we have International as a sponsor but now we have ZF. I think that says a lot for the site. We must be doing pretty good for ourselves....

Now if Ford would only see the light, we would have a whole truck!

Cheers from Tulsa, OK!

Re: Two New Advertisers

Yes, Dieselmanor looks like a good sponsor, although I did try to find a 5" aluminized exhaust with no luck.
Can't seem to beat Shopdiesel.com on the price on their 5" aluminized system, and now they have a "new" 5" exhaust for the vans as well! I have been watching Shopdiesel for a while now on their 5", thinking it might drop even more, but no luck there, as it just went UP by about $30 or so!

Not quite sure with so many of us out there, why there hasn't been a specific 5" made for the '94 - '97's??
You would think that these companies would realize, that these trucks are getting to an age where the exhaust systems are about due to be upgraded, yet they specify more the 99+ SD's, which of course are newer, and have much newer exhaust systems. Their only customers of course on the 99+ trucks would be those that can afford performance exhaust systems.
I realize there isn't much of a performance difference between the 4" and 5", but I personally just like the look of the 5" better. Not sure if a 5" tip would fit a 5" exhaust system, or if I'd have to go to a 6" tip (possibly look TOO large?).
