Two New Advertisers

TheDieselStop.Com welcomes two new advertisers.

The Brake Smart Company sells a trailer brake controller with some pretty unique features. It hooks into your master cylinder to actually sense how much pressure you are applying to the vehicle's brakes. That is converted into an electrical signal that the controller uses to determine how to apply the trailer brakes. It also auto configures for different types of trailers and is completely compatible with ABS.

Cloud 9 Motorsports is a company that offers diesel performance products as well as truck accessories like grills, lights, lift kits, wheels, tires, etc.

Re: Two New Advertisers

I purchased a BrakeSmart from Steve last week and it was a real pleasure doing business with someone who took the few extra steps to make my buying experience a pleasure.

Steve and I had several phone conversations and we also exchanged e-mails several times both prior to and after the sale about his product and which color BrakeSmart would best go with my trucks interior. After several PM's and posts from other members I chose a color and Steve said if I wasn't completely satisfied with my choice of colors he would send the alternate color out ASAP to replace my initial choice.

Also unlike many Internet companies I've dealt with Steve and BrakeSmart followed through as promised with e-mailing me my tracking number as soon as UPS picked up my parcel which is a big plus for me.

I've been promised countless times from Internet based companies that they would forward me my tracking number and very few have followed through with their promises.

Again, Kudos to Steve and BrakeSmart for making my buying experience a pleasurable experience.

Jon

Re: Two New Advertisers

Ditto to 5th_Wheeler's comments about BrakeSmart and Steve! From my initial call with questions to my order's quick delivery and a call to customer service after the install, everything was beyond expectations.

As for the product, looks like it's supposed to be there! Everything you need for a profession install is included except the tools (drill, screw driver and wrenches). The directions couldn't be any more clear. Controls the brakes great! I'm anxiously waiting for the release of EGT and Turbo Boost module.
