Upgraded my Subscription but can't update my signature!

Moderators, can you help me out here? I upgraded yesterday, but still can't access my signature to change it.

Thanks in advance.

Mike

Be sure you are logged in.

Then scroll up to the top of this screen, to the menu bar.

Click on 'My Account"

After you're into your account screen, look on the left side of the screen and click on "settings and options"

Then click on "edit signature"

If it doesn't work, holler back. It works for me, but sometimes my moderator privileges confuse me when members sometimes have different paths than moderators. But if I log out to kill the moderator status, I can no longer access my account until I log back in again.

Thanks, Smokey, for responding. Yes, I've done all of that. I can access and change everything in my account except for my signature. When I click on "my signature" it searches and times out just like it did before I upgraded my sub.

I suspect something at your ISP is wacky. I just changed my sig with no problem, and my HughesNet ISP is about as slow as they get other than dialup.

Hi Smokey,
I figured it out. I had to go into the Message Editor Interface and change it to "Standard" vice enhanced. Thanks for the help.
