used turbo's - Diesel Forum

You guys will have to excuse me here if I fumble a bit. I've never been in a forum before or a chat line. My question is this, there are three used turbo's listed in the for sale section. Will any on these work for my 1989 F250 4x4 with the 7.3? Is there anything I should watch out for or ask? Is used a bad idea?

Hey Rod I do not know about the turbos but I do want to welcome you to the forum. I think you will learn a great deal about the the operation of your truck and enjoy them as the rest of us do. Two, the ones that specify for 6.9 or 7.3. This will be moved to the 7.3L IDI (not power stroke) forum. So look for it there. The moderators will help with that.
