User needs help

One of our members who's name is Ray, and who's user name is Hammerdown (Member 30977) has had his account banned. We are thinking that because he has an AOL account that he was collateral damage from some other activity involving banning. If the powers that be could look into it, it would be right to re-instate him, as he hasn't make any posts that are in violation of the rules that I am aware of.
