I ordered a set of stainless polished guards for my tail lights in January. I received an email from them that they were going to be painted and shipped about 2 weeks after the order was placed. I called and told the girl that answered that they got the order wrong and I wanted stainless guards to match my grill guard on my truck. She said "oh yes I see it on your order that you paid $60.00 extra for the stainless ones." She assured me that I would receive the stainless polished ones and they would arrive in a week or less. Well I had to call back after a week went by and she told me that they were shipped and assured me again I was getting the stainless guards. Well they came the next day and guess what? Dark Gray painted tail guards in the box. Well I called her up and told her I would be sending them back and I didn't want any others to be sent as I would buy someplace else. Plese credit my card with the returned goods price. They got them back on Febuary 20th 2001 ( A Month into this deal now!) and I had to call today because I didn't get a call or see anything on my credit card statement online. The guy that answered said "no your not getting anything taken off your credit card" and "you ordered the painted ones" and "we are sending them back to you." I said I don't want them back and I will take it up with the credit card company. Sorry this Post was so long but I wanted to WARN everyone of what type of people run the www.justtruckstuff.com business.

Yes I sent out the paper work I needed to send to the credit card people yesterday afternoon. Even the secretary at the damn place told me it was all from a glitch in their server and it wasn't my fault which I already knew. Like I would really want to put Painted gray guards on the rear to match my Stainless Polished grill guard on the front. Right? The programmer set up the site wrong but she said her boss still wouldn't give any refunds and to go ahead and file the paper work. They will probably still get to keep the cash and the credit card company will have to eat it. I think that really stinks. Just don't use the justtruckstuff place as I don't want any others here getting taken by them. It cost me return shipping which I will never get back and a month of lost time waiting it all out. Still will probably take another month or more before it's all over.
