What are the red numbers in the reply column ???

I see them on certain posts and can't figure out what they represent. Someone please explain this to me. I'm sure it is something that is significant to someone. TIA!!

Re: What are the red numbers in the reply column ???

when you get through reading a forum and want to see if anymore replies or new topics have been added you can click on the "forums" button at the top of the page. It is in the top tool bar under where it says TheDieselStop.Com. This will update all the forums and will put new red numbers in all the threads that you have read and there has been a new reply to one of them.

If you click on "Mark all read" it will remove all the red numbers. and change the yellow light bulb to clear that is to the left of each forum. The yellow light bulb tells if that forum has a new topic topic or replies since you were in that forum last. If it is clear there have been nothing added to that particular forum.

Hope this helps a little. - - Ed
