Where do I make the ajustment to ge me "Sent Private Messages" working? - Diesel Forum

I looked in my "Display preferences" and "Personal information" selections, and didn't see any reference to getting my "Sent Private Messages" to work?
I'm finding that I have some info in my "recieved private messages" that others want, so I have to keep doing the copy/paste thing, whereas if my "Sent Private Messages" was working, I could do this much easier.

Yes, I guess you could say that Larry. Kind of like when you send an e-mail in Outlook, a "sent" copy can be saved, and then deleted at some point afterwards.

When I go into "MY HOME" and then the "message box", I see a reference to "Sent Private Messages" and there is always a (0) ZERO, in the box.
I thought perhaps...similar to "received private messages" that we could also save our "sent private messages" for later review, or if I..or you have PM's that could be of interest for others, it could be sent as a whole?
As it is now, I have 3 different PM's...so I have to go into each...do a copy/paste...put them all into 1 PM to send off to those interested.
Just trying to find an easier method.

At the time, when you are sending a pm there is an option box tht you can click to save or send a pm to yourself.

Next time you pm somebody, before you send it, check the box.

Yep it's on the left below the compose box when you're initially composing the PM. You need to check it before your preview your PM or edit it some more since I believe it's only in that initial compose window. It's in the same place as when composing replies to posts where you see the boxes below the Instant Graemlins.

Will try this guys...but does anyone know how to get the "Sent Private Messages" working? Does anyone else have this working for them? I can't find anywhere to set this up? Perhaps Jason may know?

Looks like I should have tried it first...as you basically answered my question, as it's now showing (1) in there, after trying your solution.
