If it was posted here, on "News, Comments and Suggestions", it was posted on the wrong SECTION. There is a FOR SALE section for that.

There is no record I can find that you ever posted it. According to our available info, this is only the second post you have made since June 3rd. The other one being today also.
When did you supposedly post the ad?

There are two ways a moderator or administrator can "delete" a post or a thread. They can move the post or thread to a special forum where only moderators and admins can see it. Or they can physically delete the thread/post so there is no record of it. As Dick said, your post/thread is no longer with us.
If your chip was for a Ford diesel engine, then it should not have been physically deleted. Unless someone screwed up. But if the chip was not for a Ford diesel engine, then your post may have gone bye bye for good.

For sale items to be Ford items. I've listed zero items but the question for the 4th time is what difference would it make if an air filter for a dodge were listed VS a air filter for a ford? It's not like it would spoil the site?

Yes, it would spoil the site.
When I come to a website that claims to be about Ford diesel vehicles, I don't want to wade through reams of extraneous stuff that have nothing to do with Ford diesel vehicles.
If you want to discuss some other vehicle, there are a million other websites just begging for your logon. If you want to pedal an air filter for a Dodge, this is not the place for your post. Not too many folks looking for a Dodge air filter are going to be logging onto a Ford diesel website hoping to find such an item. But if you want a Tymar clone air intake system for your 7.3L PSD, someone upgrading to the Ford AIS might just happen to have one for you. Cheap. Without your having to wade through dozens of posts about stuff for Chevys or Toyotas or Dodges.
I would point out that The site has moved from just FORD to many other areas. That said I have not posted a Dodge for sale item so it really doesn't effect me, I was just wondering why ford only? That really doesn't apply to the sponsors who sell items for many other items than ford!
