Apparently legal (so far) to sell delete kits etc for OFF ROAD use Seems smart dealers have you sign a form before shipping. I think the form name is "Dealer CYA" JMO!

Its also wierd. Did you see site link for delete kit at bottom of pg? It was there when I replied..now its gone. I looked..it had kit info. + form info. you sign. Maybe EPA caught up with them. But yeah, I understand why your wondering cause it does cause some .
