I don't think you have to go even that far back. I was saying the other day to someone I bet it was only 5 years ago I paid $1.09 at the Flying J in Rock Springs, Wy. Pretty depressing, it's effecting everyones' prices now, from local horseshoers to Walmart.

Interesting about the horse-shoeing costs.... Mine was over last week and his rates have gone up from $60 to now $85 (full shoe) in a few years. He did tell me he spends 22K per year on JUST fuel (work) and health insurance for his family
