I actually saw the real bigfoot at a carnival several years ago.

The sad thing is that this cop lost his job just because he tried to have some fun. Come on guys. Have a sense of humor. Noone with any brains really ever believed it was real. Give the guy his job back. A gorilla suit stuffed with roadkill? And you say that you were really fooled by that?

Great link, thanks, Reba. Got to read more of it when I get more time. Crackpots sueing other Crackpots, it just doesn't get better than that. Years ago I worked with a guy whose neighbor was caught and exposed for pulling off one of the very first BigFoot scams (I mean finds) in the northwest. I can't swear to it it's been so long ago, but I think the ancient fuzzy out-of-focus BigFoot video the media always digs up was the one he faked. He later got run out of town for some other financial type fraud.

Maybe that was him in the freezer?

I guess you missed the news from early July, about the last of 550 tons of yellowcake uranium being removed from Iraq.

Don't be too sad that the cop lost his job. The two of them sold the rubber gorilla suit to some other crackpot for a bunch of $$$ and then disappeared. That's called fraud in just about anyone's book, regardless of whether the mark had any brains or not.

That's not the cop that I'd like to have watching my town. Can you say "unethical", boys and girls?
