Apologies if this is old news or has already been discussed. I have a 6.0 and don't hang around the 6.4 forum but thought this was worth sharing.

CARB Diesel Scientist Faked his Credentials - April 2009

Turns out their Diesel rules, which will cripple our trucking industry, were researched and proposed by a scientist lying about his credentials! Worst part is that when CARB passed the rules, they already knew about this scientist's fake credentials - but passed the rules anyway!

Since it's a government facility, shouldn't it be considered a criminal act similar to impersonating a Police man, FBI Agent, or similar?

It's fraud.

The guy and CARB. Government is the problem again. It's no longer even something that is just a minor issue but a serious problem that is having continually far reaching economic and then resulting social issues.
