Snopes.com says no.
snopes.com: Goldfinger Actress Death

But it sounds like this was a case of paint getting into the guy's lungs and/or bloodstream, not merely onto his skin.

I also have to wonder just what he was thinking. Except during Halloween or Pride Week, how hard is it to identify the one guy in town with a spray-painted face?

Trust me, PAM works better. If you really want to get kinky, use the Olive Oil/Garlic PAM. No worries Mate, and you'll feel and be healthier. Us old farts know about this stuff.

Nothing more fun than baby oil and a water bed with no sheets "Us old farts know about this stuff" I bet the PAM would taste a lot better though.
