I LOVE pie. Any kind, but I'm on a diet.
For the first time in my life, I'm not going to let my body talk my brain into eating because it says I'm hungry. I'm down 10lbs in this last week and feeling better already.

I was fine until I opened my Deli business.
Now, it's like walking into food Heaven. Fresh baked goods delivered every morning. The best subs and sandwiches you have ever tried.
Tons of fresh meat and fresh Italian Sausage. Great homeade salads that you guys would kill for...(You outta try our fresh Asiago Cappelini pasta salad)
Every food salesman forcing great food down my throat for me to try....
Geez, I felt like I was gonna die from a heart attack!

I don't like pie's I LOVE them. Give me any type any time and I'll be a happy camper. George, I gained 10 pounds just reading what you have at that deli. It is a good thing that I am 2,000 miles away from you or else I would be there every day. I miss all the Italians and Greeks where I use to work. If you went into their home around dinner time you didn't leave until you had at least a couple of helpings of everything on the table.
Dang now I have to go on a diet from just thinking of all the goodies.

Actually... Its your brain telling you to over eat, if your body is telling you to eat... EAT. If you don't your body becomes catabolic ie. feeds off lean body mass. Eating just enough when your BODY NEEDS it will help keep your metabolism as high as possible... although other factors may impact it such as stress, sleep, ect.
Although, don't deny yourself the pleasures in life (especially on a "diet") when you fall youll fall hard!
I'm just down here in Erie... just yourself a little plug and i'll stop by for some grub next time I head to Buf.!!
Also if by chance anyone else wants to hear more of my ranting pm me... Im always down to help people how I can as I have learned so much about my truck from you all!
I can believe I got into a health rant in a thread titled "I LOVE PIE" ha ha

Nah, we don't get into the real heavy duty dago stuff. Too much time and work. We do things that we can streamline.
We sell all or our meats, cheeses, produce, yada yada below supermarket prices. Our stuff is top shelf, so the place hops. We can't do stuff that takes a lot of time and labor to replenish. I hate to ever run out of anything we do because it'll pi$s someone off if we don't have what they want.

Deez, I'm right on the corner or Rt.s 20 and 60 in Fredonia..
The name of my business is Tuscany fresh meats & deli. Stop in if you see my truck out front.

Put a nice, slightly bitter Key Lime pie on graham cracker crust in front of me and I become a slave..

I have a client in Buffalo, but I have chosen in the past to send younger emissaries to that area, but the next time I am going.........get the salami, the peperoni and lots of good olives ready.
