Angry Rotella T 5W-40 price?

Just went to Wally World today for some Rotella 5W-40 Syn. $22.00 A GALLON!!! ***!!! $ 7.00 increase since the last time I bought some. What possible justification would they have for that?

Howard

Get a prescription from your Doctor for it, then it's only a couple bucks or so

It used to be a rough rule of thumb that a quart of oil cost approximately what a gallon of gas cost. There's a time lag, so the oil per quart is still as much as gas was at its high. Give it time and the price should drop as gas prices continue to slide.

I just bought 15 gallons of Rotella in 5 gallon buckets. $46 per 5 gallons. I think the gallons were right at $10 each.

Off topic, but I had fuel delivered for the boat. It was $3.78 two weeks ago. The load this weekend was $2.82 for red diesel.
