The last two links would make me (did in fact) click away immediately just from their nature alone. Anytime I see a web page that long, it reeks of IM (internet marketing) at it's finest (most dubious). I could point you to one of the IM crowds havens, but some unsuspecting member may stumble upon it, getting caught in the crossfire and be parted with some/all their hard earned monies... sorta like filling up our tanks these days!
Hit up the WebMD forum and ask around there about the validity of this stuff.

Anything is possible! I'd venture a guess that WWII vets would have never thought you could pinpoint a target with a bomb and be as accurate as they "can" be these days.
