I'll give you the fact that bigger isn't always better.

I do beleive in my situation it is. In a head on the question also is will I succed in swerving to avoid this person? With any weight in the back, thats where the duals come in. Will I hit a fixed object off the road or flip? Even though airbags didn't inflate in my instance, if I had the money I'd be in a newer truck with airbags and electronic stability control.

My main thought is just that everyones reason for what they drive is different.

If we start trying to cure the "addicts", who gets to decide who's entitled to drive what? Maybe the goverment can hire the same geniuses from the DMV or FEMA to do it.

And protecting the vehicle's occupant's is really the only thing that counts now..............isn't it?

Although my car was small, having the air bags work and in the right location (note the one protecting the knees) made a big difference when I had a Ventricular Tachycardia attack and hit a tree head on at 35 mph.

Now I have an ICD and can't wait for the first time it goes off (described as being similar to getting kicked in the chest by a mule).

I used to think you were a flaming liberal. Did you change or was I wrong all along? Anyway, It is nice to see some of the old timers coming back.

You are correct and so is Friedman. We stimulate our children to become scientists, mathematicians, engineers and doctors by having mid-night basketball for them!

Congress isn't worried if this country goes broke, they still will have enough fund's stashed to either buy a private island with security or live in a better county then America.Don't you know congress with there power and money are above the people they are suppose to be serving. I still have my 3/4 ton Disel which I put a full 1800 miles on it since my trip last Sept. And I still own my 31ft fifth wheel with stay's on a permint sight across the lake at a campground. I mostly drive my motorcycle to it to spend a few day's. And my Allison boat with that monster 200 sits under the carport. I am a spoiled rotten American working my life away like million of yall other guy's in this country and watching the American dream going down the toilet.
