Thank you, we are hoping to help in any way we can.. We have some new management in place for our customer service so we can hopefully fix alot of the problems we have faced in the past. Please let us know if we can do anything for you guys, or run a group buy.

Where is my bumper?

I'm not the type of person to bad mouth a company but in the case of Road Armor, they are not an honest company. I have had a bumper on order since the end of January. I have called and called about the status of the bumper and everybody gives me a different excuse. It has been almost 7 months since I placed the order. This is a bunch of bs. And if I was to cancel the order there is a 30% non refundable charge and a 30% cancellation fee. So lets see, I paid $2100 for the bumper and that means they would keep $1260 for not doing a darn thing. All I want is either my bumper or a full refund. I am not the only person out there with this problem so buyer beware. The crappy part about this is that my truck is wrecked in the front and I put the money for my truck to get fixed towards the purchase of this bumper. Since ordering this bumper I have gotten divorced and I had to refinance my truck and now the bank is breathing down my back asking when I am going to fix my truck. I don't think these people even care about their customers. And if they do they have a poor way of showing it. It's like they took my money and ran with it! I guess I will have to go the legal route to get a response from them. Maybe find enough people to start a class action.

Being a TDS sppt Vendor does not proclude you from doing the right thing and taking care of your #1 priority.

This story has been duplicated again and again..

Is anyone capable of making a decision in favor of the very people that keep you in business.

It will not take long(er) to completely ruin your reputation.

And clearly TDS doesn't care... As long as Road armor uses members money to pay them, they don't care if members ever get the products from vendors....
