2004 F650 with cat 3126 cutting out

I have a 2004 F650 that died the other day. I found that whenever you let the clutch out it would stall. So I looked around the clutch pedal and found a chaffed wire. The wire is now repaired and isolated, but the truck still cuts-out very sparatically. The wiring diagram shows this wire as customer access for a trailer harness as well as being linked to the GEM module. The wire is light gray with blue, and is connected to the igniton switch. The scanner says there is a logged fault of ECM voltage low or intermittent. There aren't any more chaffed wires, and all connectors are in good shape. A wigggle test has no results; static or driving. The fuel filters have also been replaced. When the engine dies it is like someone just turned the key off and then back on, because if you are rolling when it dies with the clutch out it will fire back up. On a rare occasion it will die and then crank and crank for a while before starting. I am pulling my hair out with this truck, and Ford has terrible T/S. I can't help but think that the computer is at fault, but I need to make sure before replacing it. Any help will be much appreciated.

That sounds alot like what a 7.3L with a bad cam position sensor does. I don't think that will help you any though.
