c7 no power

hello everyone this is my first post here and i like your site.
been looking around here and looks great
but now i have a problem with a 2005 f-650 with a c7 cat
it has no power it came in with no power and a miss found number 4 injector bad replaced it and still have no power but runs smooth
scan it out no codes change both fuel filters and checked all fluids and are full. it has good fuel in the tank. now when i scanned the computer with a otc scanner the data stream is cheap but i get boost readings
so i started to put a load on the truck and the most boost pressure i get is 3.0 lbs when i drive the truck with a heavy foot it goes max 14 lbs
now im not to kind with cat c7 even though we own 15 trucks
nevered had a problem i couldnt figure out till now
and i dont have a check engine light on no trans light and i did repaired the wiring going to the battery about 8 months ago (junk wire connectors)
i hope some one can help me out !! wish they bought ones with 6.0s in them hell i would have it made lol . thanks in advace to

It sounds like you might have a boost leak, have you checked to see if one of the rubber boots that connects your boost tubes to the turbo and the intercooler might have a cut in them.
