F800 Allison vacuum modulator

Anybody know a place to buy parts for an Allison MT653? I have a 95 F800 with the 429 gas, and my trans is shifting kinda harsh and seems to be getting to high rpm's before shifting. I think the vacuum modulator may be causing the harsh shifts. I see a bulletin from Allison about a new "purple" modulator correcting harsh shifts, but it says its for carburated engines. It must be something special, because the one place I did find that had it wanted $221 for it! I sure hope the stock modulators are cheaper than that. I have thrown around the idea of switching to a manual cable type shift modulator and doing away witht the vacuum modulator. So like I say, does anyone know of a good place to get Allison parts, particularly shift modulators?

Thanks
