'97 F350 Dually 4x2

I found some Alcoa Dually Rims that I believe came off of a 1 Ton box van. I know they don't have the pin hole for the pin that's at least on my front hubs.

My truck is a 97 F350 Dually 4x2

So I have some questions:

1) What is the purpose of that pin?

2) If I drill the hole will the rims have any clearance issues?

3) If they won't fit on the front, will they fit the rear axle in pairs?

4) Are the rear lugs long enough to fit 2 Alcoa's on each side?

Thanks
