Just had excellent customer service for shocks!!!
I'm not endorsing anybody, but I just got some excellent Cust.Ser. from Rancho. I bought 4 shocks in late 2001 and didn't have any docs to show. A very nice lady helped me through getting the appropriate docs to take to my retailer. Called Rancho, was on hold never! The rest of the communication was through email and was delightful. Best of all, not only did I talk to a lady from North America, she was from the US; namely Michigan. Luckily she wasn't a huge Red Wings fan (Go Penguins!).
