To Lift Or Not To Lift

Hey Guys,

I must buy new tires for the truck and I am thinking of lifting it as well. The truck already has the leveling kit upgrade, but I want more. The prices for a 4" lift are virtually the same as for a 6". I want to run LT325/70/17"s on it. I found what I want @ Discount Tire Direct, AWSOME site, selection and price!

What I would like to know is. What are your feelings as far as the Pro's and Con's of lifting the truck.

Thanks in advance for the help! Chris

The 325x70r17 is just under 35". That's quite a bit of meat to get under your truck. A 6" will help clear these tires easily. Thanks for the mention Chris. We can wait to see this mean machine in action.

How did you get 2009 wheels to fit on a 1999 F250?

I noticed the 2 in spacers, but have always been told that they are a different bolt pattern and won't line up. I would love to be able to put newer style wheels on my truck.

no new bolt pattern, but the spacers are a must with the new wheels because they have a different offset. Other than that, they just bolt right up!
