Tire sizes for 16" dually wheels on 2000 PSD

I've been running 235/85/16 E and need to replace all 6 tires.

I prefer HT hwy tires since I'm rarely ever off of pavement and don't need nor care for the added noise of AT tires.

I'd like to go wider without spacers in the rear. What is the max size that does not need a spacer.

How much and where do you get spacers anyway?

Any suggestions for a comfortable and reliable lasting tire at reasonable prices?

Thanks!
Dave

When I had my dually I looked into this and was told that 255 was the widest but tire selection in that size is limited.
