Track bar mount severed, frame side. replacement or weld?

I have a 2000 Excursion PSD. My track bar mount, frame side, has severed recently. I was wondering if anyone has found any aftermarket replacements for this or am I looking at going to the dealership? Or would it be possible to have it welded back together?

Any info relative to the Los Angeles, CA area would be excellent. I just moved out here and am not familiar with the area at all.

Thanks in advance

The track bar mount broke? They're cast steel and bolt on to the frame. The best thing to do would be to replace it with either new or one from a wrecking yard. I wouldn't bother trying to weld it back together. A new one lists for a bit over $100.

That doesn't look like a stock track bar bracket. Does your truck have a lift kit on it?

Here's a link to the Ford parts listing. Buy 2000 Ford Excursion Parts | FordParts.com

Should be the first item on the page.
