Minimum to physically lift it would be 2 ton. You will find it much easier if you get a jack with a full length handle rather than the lightweights you see very cheap with a handle 18-24 inches long. I have a cheapie and it lifts mine fine, although mine is probably 5-600 lbs lighter on the front axle than yours. I wish I had a 3 ton with the full length handle.
If you want to be sure weigh the front axle and divide by 2.

I like my Arcan 3 1/2 ton low-profile jack from Northern Tool. It's relatively cheap ($150), made in the USA (I think, could be wrong, though), and seems sturdy (110#). Occasionally Northern Tool offers free shipping on orders over $100, which will save you $65.
