Will 99-04 super duty rims/tires fit a 94?

I want to put 305/70/r16 mud terrains on my 94 but dont know if they will fit. I wont put them on until I lift it butim concerned about the difference in hub size?,or them not clearing the brakes?

Tires will fit with a small lift, maybe with trimming the front bumper or spacing it out a bit.

Wheels will not fit. Bolt pattern is different - OBS is 8 x 6.5" bolt pattern (F250 and 350 from 1955 - 1997), newer is 8 x 170mm, they will not fit on the lugs.
