They're making model-year 2004 Excursions as we speak, you can go buy one now. The rumor is that 2004 will be the last model year for the X. And I wouldn't want to bet that they'll be making it until the very last day of MY 2004 production, either. I bet they cut it off a month or two early, just to keep from being stuck with inventory of parts or vehicles.
