I've got a line on some 22" jeese james rims with 305 45 22 rubber on them for a decent price with less than a months wear on them. They came off of an 03 f350 and i would like to put them on my 05 ex. My question is, will they rub in the front when turning with the truck at stock heights??? or will i have to lift it a bit?? Thanks
It's gonna be close, but might work depending on offset and rim width. I ran some 305/55/20s on 20x8.5 rims with 4 5/8 backspace at stock ride height and didn't rub but was really close. I think your 22s are slightly shorter so that will help. Any chance the seller would let you bolt one up for a test fit?
I guess i'll try and dig up the offset on the web, and see. Trying the wetup on the truck would be the only sure way as you say, and wanted to do that as a last alternative.
Well they fit. Slight slight rub on full lock turn, but that would only be in a parking lot slow speed turn. Truck looks smokin with them on, too bad its my wifes ride :ugh: Now its time to lift the dmax, she can't say no now
Pretty cool your wife has great taste!
As I say - "HAPPY WIFE - HAPPY LIFE" just got my wife a quad KFX450, she was happy as hell.......that weekend I went and purchased a KTM for myself:thumbsup:
