Contact these guys:

Aim Alloy Welding Inc
3939 SW 12TH CT
Fort Lauderdale, FL
954-581-7630

They have done a few of these tanks for Excursions. Really nice WVO tanks with senders, baffles, heater coils, vents, drains, fills and returns. I want to say they were $300-$400.

Also - DO NOT use a Ford steel tank if you are doing a veggie converison. The oil WILL polymerize in the tank. It is not a question of if or how to make it stop...it is just a matter of when. You will have a lot of headaches cleaning the tank (or probably getting a new one installed) and cleaning all the crap out of your system. Make sure you get a plastic or aluminum tank.

A cargo rack in the rear hitch can hold a lot of extra fuel. You can figure out a way to lock it down. If you don't need the extra fuel all the time, but just for some trips, this may be a cost effective way to haul it and keep the cubbies out of the inside.
