I have n't read any that have done it. but its possible. The parts should bolt in. The under floor vent (ie under the carpet vent) needs to be changed to one from a crew cab manula..My Excursion has a manual 6spd convertion, trans is from a 2007.5 Dodge. Its a G56. the previous owner had a nv4500 5 spd in it.. On the diesel truck resource there is a guy who is converting his ford superduty to a nv4500 etc. I thought i read amemeber here had a excursio nconverted the manual already..it was white ..maybe in the for sale section..??? that is the only one i have seen besides mine that is a manual trans
Thanks
deo

I think BTS does this for trucks as well. May want to contact them. Maybe in the end it would be cheaper

I never got around to putting the floor vent back in. It still works though because the carpet is molded for it to fit underneath so there is still a passage for the air to travel lol. I have some pictures in my for sale thread i think. Let me know if you want some others.
