Any chance of 0.9% for 60?

Any chance of me getting .9% for 60 months on a new 02 Excursion? I have read that some people on this site have demanded the .9 and got it. Or does anybody know if Ford will be going to the .9% again like they did last summer? Is there a way to find out any of this? I want to pick mine up this next week and when you run the numbers, the .9% saves about 4k over the 4.9% that Ford offered me.

Thanks in advance.....

I got 1.9 for 60Mo on my 2001. I think that the .9 was just for 48Mo If I remember correctly.
For me, the 1.9 meant only about $1200 in interest through the term of the loan.

Re: Any chance of 0.9% for 60?

In Sept/Oct. 2000 I got mine for 0.9% for 36 months, plus $10K off sticker. However, about December or January they started offering 0.9% for 60 months...but I don't think people could get the kind of deal I got off the MSRP.

I am only paying $400 in interest over the life of the loan on an X Limited PSD. Of course, I financed the entire purchase...who wouldn't at that rate!!!

I got .9% for 60 months. But the special rates change around. When I first started looking it was 2.9%, things got put on hold for a couple of months.

Re: Any chance of 0.9% for 60?

Last year they had 0.9% for 60 months on 4th of July weekend for the holiday sale in this area (NC). You may want to hold out a couple days.

Re: Any chance of 0.9% for 60?

From talking with my dealer friend, sales are pathetic on the X right now and dealers are waiting for F**D to drop the rates like last year to stimulate sales. He said to expect after fourth of july for rates to drop. I bought mine last year in Oct 01 and got 0.9 x60 months and got my limited for 42000 out the door.
