Anyone else's X come with "E" rated tires? - Diesel Forum

I keep reading on this forum where people keep saying the Excursions come with D rated tires. My 2003 built week of March 10th came with BF's load range "E". Anyone else with a new truck notice the same thing or did I get lucky?

Mine, a 3/12/03 build, came with Pirelli load range "E" tires.

Built 17 Jan 03. Pirelli E range and they ride nice at 55 pounds. They came with 85 pounds and did not ride well at all.

Mine has E Rated Firebombs ..seem to be wearing like iron. I wonder if the "D" rated tires are on the 2wds?

Nope. My 4x4 came with D's. Built 10/15/02. Firebombs.

Mine came with "D" Firestone Steeltex AT's. I have since removed them and am now running "E" Michelin LTX M/S's.
