The Arrogance of Hummer H2 owners!

Not on just one occasion, but several times I've had H2 owners try to bully and taunt me. Just a few minutes ago, the proud owner of a brand new H2 crawled up my back bumper to try and show off his new toy. I felt like stopping and challenging him to a tug-o-war.

I'm betting my '02 4wd PSD with 295/16 Terra Grapplers would eat that lightweight up! BTW, I think I outweigh him by at least 1/2 ton, as a matter of fact, I think our Excursion's weight exceeds the towing capacity of the H2!

Just venting here and hoping an H2 owner would take the challenge!

Blake

Re: The Arrogance of Hummer H2 owners!

I had a kid role up next to me in an H2. I was in the merging lane and he was inchin' up. I left that H2 in smoke as I got ahead of him! I'll never forget the look he had on his face75 at the next light I only had the TS in 75hp mode too! I hate all H2 owners, every prick with one around here thinks they're hot S%@T!

Re: The Arrogance of Hummer H2 owners!

Had one crawling in my lane at about 75 MPH the angle was perfect for the full effect of the Hadley’s? I thought he was going to put it in it top. He got his act back together caught up and gave me the single finger salute. We were side by side at a light and he is on the right, and of course his window is down. Probably my imagination but I could swear smoke went in the driver side and out the other.

My kids tell me they don’t think I’ll ever grow up. Damn I hope not, I plan staying a kid for ever.

Re: The Arrogance of Hummer H2 owners!

Well now,
One of buddies has a H-2. Actually it's his wife's daily driver. It's pretty cool, has better handling and a better ride then my X. It even has a trailer hitch receiver behind the front licence plate for all those that can't back up their trailers like real men. I also saw on Ride with Funk Master Flex that Paul Sr. of Americian Choppers has an X. All in all, I rather have my X to my buddy's H-2. Now his wife on the other hand is another proposition all together.

Re: The Arrogance of Hummer H2 owners!

I wouldn't trade my X for an H2 unless of course it had a Cummins engine in it! What engine do they put in it? Ken

Re: The Arrogance of Hummer H2 owners!

It is built on a Tahoe frame.I think it looks like crap and people like it because all the "Rappers" and overpaid sports figures drive them.

I have a receiver on the front of my truck ,a diesel engine, alot more room and it didn't cost me no $60,000.

Oh and I forgot to mention that I don't look like P-Puff-Diddy-Daddy or whatever he is called these days running down the road.

Every once in a while they showed the Expedition in the lot all beat up with parts hanging off. Maybe he needs to drive a tank instead.

In one of the early episodes Paul Jr(in a new Dodge Ram) and SR wrecked into each other trying to show off which then Jr attached a chain to Sr's front bumper trying to pull it out of the tire and instead floored it to rip half the bumper off,it was hilarious

The Expedition was indeed a beater but after the dough started rolling Sr went Hollywood and got an H2.

Do you have pics? Did you mount it yourself or have it done at a mod shop? Where there any nuances in installing it?

Re: The Arrogance of Hummer H2 owners!

I have a couple of trucks, an Excursion and a H2... I like the H2 for running around town hands down (aside from the Harley). When it comes to the open road, give me the X or the F250 Crew.... I dont try to run over people in just the H2..
