Seriously, I'd go to the Photo's link at the top of the page then register which will create your own gallery. Register simply by logging in with your same TDS login info. From there upload the pic you're using for your avitar then set the avitar to that pic.

I have also tried to get an avatar to upload as well of my X and my boat! I am trying to get the exact one I have set up on my midwest boat party account...can't get it to work here though...bummer! Please someone help!

Go to "My Home" where you edit your personal information like for your posting signiature.
Scroll down to where you add the URL linking to your avatar.
Now you can add photos to TheDieselStop's PHOTOS PAGE or to a hosting site like Sighost.us or Photobucket to name a couple that allow photo hosting.
Now you're gonna have to re-size the photo/s to 65 pixels high maximum x 75 pixels wide maximum for the avatar URL upload to accept the modified images.
For the re-sizing I use Olympus Camedia software which came with my Olympus digital camera but there's many other photo editor programs available,I'm sure other members can recommend some.
