Banks Monster Exhaust HELP

Well it finally arrived. My new Banks exhaust system for my Ex. Bad part is it looks like some just through the pipes and mufler in one big box. I may be able to salvage the muffler but I'l have to talk to Shopdiesel .com in the morning. Missing 50% of the brackets and I think one of the pipes is missing or wrong. The down pipe is 3.5 in. The rest of the system is 4". Is there a reducer somewhere. I think I am missing some parts. Anyone know what I am missing???

Re: Banks Monster Exhaust HELP

Eric, I have the Monster installed and I live in Pleasanton.
If you want to look at how mine went on, I would be happy to show you.
I will send you a PM with my Ph #.
Going on was really easy. Getting the old system off was a PITA.
Everything went exactly like it was supposed though.

Re: Banks Monster Exhaust HELP

Oh, and also, you rec'd one of the older Banks systems. Mine has the new 4" downpipe.
Don't know how they adapted it...

Re: Banks Monster Exhaust HELP

Blake,
thanks. Shopdiesel is having banks send out a new kit today. Sounds like mine was a "host" kit used as spares sorta speak. I'l let you know when it comes in. Some tips would be helpful.
thanks, again

Re: Banks Monster Exhaust HELP

If it didn't come with your kit, you can down load the Monster exhaust instructions and parts list here http://www.bankspower.com/ownersmanuals/home.htm #96335

Also if you got a 3.5" down pipe that is an old system. The Excursion Monster exhaust has been a 4" down pipe since early this year. If you have questions about this and other Banks products, feel free to give us a call.
