Bilsteins?
Just received my Bilsteins and installed them. Didn't notice a major differance between the OEM which are also gas and the Bils. I was a owner/operator of a repair shop for 23 yrs, sold, bought & installed Monroe& Gabriel. They used to have 3 or 4 choices per vehicle. cheapest was a OEM replacement. Moving up: bigger diameters better quality and enginering. Top of the line would Knock your uppers againest your lowers ( put Monroe 500's on my 64 vett,they went back to my supplier in a hurry). Sorry to ramble, but the Bils. look much more like a OEM latteral replacement than a up grade. I do have a rear Helwig on order, Know that will be the hot ticket. Please don't tell me Bils. are better 'cus their German, (Mercedes& BMW have parts departments at all their agencies).
