Brought it home today!

Hey all, I just bought an 04 diesel 4x4 and I love it! Only 60,000 miles. The only problem is it doesn't have the third row seat and I have 4 kids! Anyone looking to sell one or that can point me in the direction of one, it would mean the world to me! It's the tan leather. mhgrmn@hotmail.com

How in the world do you loose a rear seat like that?
Are you sure the original owner didn't forget it was in the garage?

I have to admit my 3rd row is folded much of the time and is out of the truck some but even with just one kid left at home we still use it.

Check some junk yards, shipping will be the real cost
I think about any year should fit
No leather or pleather in the third row it is all plastic

My 02 had a covered bottom my 05 does not so don't feel bad if you find an 02 or 03

As far as I know tan is tan is tan in the X

He said he bought it without one so the search continues! Did I mention that I LOVE IT! I had to drive 8 hours to get it(one way car rental), but then I got to drive 8 hours back in my dream vehicle. I have wanted one since I first saw them in 00'. I will try to get pics up today.

I would spend some time and change the fluids (engine oil and filter, trans oil and filters and fuel filters - 2 fuel and 2 trans) and since it is a 4x4 change the transfer case oil asap. Most people forget that it has oil in it that needs to be changed when the trans oil is changed. You can do all of these yourself. You should also start to read the 6.0 drivetrain forum. It has more traffic and everything still applies to the X. You can do a junk yard search for the seat but it looks like it is fairly expensive. Sorry it has taken so long, but my dad just had his knee replaced and I've been watching him! This is a horrible pic from my cell phone but it will do for now. Btw, I found a seat and it should be here any day(ebay).
