I am new to the site [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img] Looking to get some info from fellow owners about performance chips. Dont need anything crazy but need a little more power. I tow boats & cars to about 6k LBS. Thanks for any info in advance.What a great site!!!!!

OntheFly - I would also like to welcome you to this great site. Read and research before you do any modifications. Not that they are correct, but Ford dealerships have been known to void warranties when you install certain performance items. I am not saying not to do it, but realize the gains and minuses before you do.

I generally tow an 7000lb 30' TT, but last evening towed a 11,500lb 38 TT for a test run. The salesman said he had never seen any tow vehicle handle so well up the 10% test grade. I was passing commute traffic going 70 mph! In any event, I have the WD chip, straight exhaust and the WD Ram Air. Go Western Diesel. Period.
