Have visited five dealers now regarding new Excursion, but have only discussed price with one. That dealer says they will not move a dime off sticker...what has been you experiences re dealerships willing to negotiate price somewhere between invoice and MSRP?

I paid $1,000 over dealers invoice for mine, right off the dealers lot. I believe it is the first one in this area. Keep looking, I bought newspapers from all of the larger citys in my area, made phone calls etc. for two weeks. Found mine in my back yard. The cheapest I found was 650 over, but it had to be ordered. I also found a V10 for 1,100 over. Work at it.

In our area there is a new internet auto buying service driveoff.com that has been quoting about $2000 over invoice. The large John Elway dealerships want sticker price (no negoiation). I found one dealership that will order a PSD for $1000 over invoice.

I originally set out to buy an PSD Excursion, but after visiting 5 dealers and calling several others the majority wanted sticker or MORE.

This is typical in NYC suburbs, when something new hits the street.

So at $45K for a PSD Excursion and $34K for a loaded F250 c.c. 4x4 PSD I went with the pick up.
