Don't shut off for about 20 minutes. Where is the switch or sensor in the doors?

They're located inside the doors as part of the latch mechanisms. Two sensors on the liftgate ... one on each latch.

Many people find the solution is to hose down each latch with electrical contact cleaner (NOT WD-40) while repeatedly working the latch (either with a screwdriver or opening/closing the door). Then re-lube with dilectic grease if you can get it in there or with lithium spray. repeat 6x and hopefull that will have solved your issue.
