Dean at ART?

Any one know how to get in contact with Dean at Applied Rotor Technology ART? Been calling his number with little luck.

Re: Dean at ART?

Never had any personal experience, but I seem to recall numerous posts where people have a tough time catching up with him. good luck.

Re: Dean at ART?

I had a similar problem when I went to order my ART brakes. I left a message and he eventually called me back. He was traveling and couldn't return the call immediately. My suggestion... be patient.

Re: Dean at ART?

Dean's pretty much a one-man shop. His rotors are nice, just not for anyone in a hurry.

Re: Dean at ART?

I left messages he got back with me in a couple of days. Very nice guy, very helpful. Handled a minor problem very well (my falt) went out of his way to remedy. Very pleased with product, very pleased with service. I will defiantly do business with him in the future.

Re: Dean at ART?

When I ordered my rotors from Dean, he called me back in a couple of days. Said I would have them in a week. At 2 weeks, I started calling to see where they where. He called during the third week and said they where on the way. It took 6 weeks to finally get the rotors. Had a question for him once I got the rotors. Took 2 weeks for him to call back. Luckily I had the question answered here the same day I needed it. Nice product, just no customer service.

Re: Dean at ART?

Well, I gotta give Dean one thing....he sure is consistant. I had the same issues with getting a hold of him. My patience paid off though, and I couldn't be happier with my ART rotors and pads.

Re: Dean at ART?

I had the rotors off yesterday. The 2003 rotor and hub is all in one assembly. Is this the same with the earlier trucks, or is the rotor a floating separate unit?? I'd like to know because I have a set of ART Dean rotors on the way.

Re: Dean at ART?

Yes, my ART's are all 1 piece.

ART uses OEM TRW rotors.
