Digital Tranny Temp Gauges

Hi all,
I love my Excursion, but there are a few things that really bug me about it: The worthless analog tranny temp guage and the worthless shocks. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Well, I'm buying some Bilstiens Shocks soon, [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] but was wondering if anybody here has installed a digital temp gauge. How hard is it? Do I simply remove the old one and hookup the new using the same wires?

Any info on this project will be appreciated.

Go to my pictures and you will see a full write up on my install of 3 dual digital guages;

Volts and Oil Press
Trans and Eng oil temp
EGT and Boost

Only the ones that were missing from the truck.

These are expensive but worth it.
