Do you live in Tulsa and drive a black XLT Excursion?

Twice now outside my building in downtown Tulsa I have seen a black XLT Excursion parked on the street.

Normally I wouldn't expect a response to such a stab in the dark, but this particular EX has PSD badging on the side which leads me to believe that the owner is an enthusiast and therefore might be on this site.

Sorry to hijack your topic, but that reminds me - when I was in Reno again a couple of weeks ago, I saw a white Excursion (Limited I think) parked in the lot at the Atlantis. I too noticed it had PSD badging and wondered if it was someone here. It was the original badging they used on the earliest Superduties (the little V8 emblem that went in front of the front wheel on the side of the fender), but was placed under the Excursion emblems on the fenders.
