you will have to send you computer to him so he can re-flash it because of the PATS thing. i just sent my computer to him today. i shoulod have it in by next week. i am getting the 5 position chip. i will let you guys know how it works out.

I have a T/S chip reburned by D/P(jody) [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img] that I just got back a week ago. I am very pleased with his tuning and no Ill effect with the PATS sys. If you have any questions call Jody he will be able to answer ALL your questions.

ive got a 02 x with the 7.3.... and ive been talking to jodi about a chip for mine.. and as stated the pats does cause a problem with the x... but jodi said that if you only get a 2 setting chip it will be good to go.. anything more than that at this time you will have to send your pcm in so that he can flash it.. he said that he was working on somethings with the x to try to get around doing that.. but he hasnt responded to me.. hope this helps you..

I am using a older style T/S chip (No Logo on chip )and Jody was able to put 4 programs on my chip with out a problem. Jody told me that he could program the older T/S chips for the Excursion. My theft light still will flash for a minute(no big thing). But it runs great.I did give Jody my Pats Module# that I retrieved with my Ford NGS.He didn't say if that was needed but I thought it would help.
