Done with the Excursion (almost)

Well I am finally done with the suspension mods on my Ex. I installed the Full Traction coil-over conversion on the front with Fox Shocks and DR Susp. rear all leaf 5" springs and shocks on the rear and all I can say is WOW. This setup with 35"tires rides better than the B codes and 4" front leaf setup with 295s that I had and WAY better than stock. I am going to change out the rear sway bar as soon as I get the part#s but that will about do it.
Next on the list is to drop the cummins sitting in the garage into the Ex. and drive it till it falls apart.

Do you have any close up pics of the coil-over setup?

Re: Done with the Excursion (almost)

I need to update my pics so I will post some Wed. or Thur. on the link in my sig. The cummins is an 03 crate motor. I plan to put in a cam, turbo and a few other mods and get it in sometime after the first of the year. I will probably try and keep it in the 400hp range until I have enough $$$ to upgrade the tranny then I might bump it up some more. I want to keep it easy on the fuel.

Stock tranny with a PCS controller and DESTROKED adapter.
