Engine won't stay running

2000 Ex 7.3L engine starts fine but it runs very rough and dies within a minute. Can restart but same thing happens. Codes I get are P1209 - injector control system pressure peak fault, P-340 - CAM position sensor circuit malfunction, P-1211 - injector control pressure above/below desired.
I had the CAM sensor recall done by Ford in September 2009.
Can this be a CAM sensor or the wiring harness under the valve cover problem? Or something else...Thanks

I would change the Fuel filter to start with.
